Cress

You are probably already familiar with watercress. But did you know that watercress grown with microgreen seeds has an even more intense flavour than the supermarket variety? Because of their pungent taste, watercress goes well with almost any dish and is also very healthy.

Flavour: Fresh green watercress has a sharp peppery taste with an aroma somewhere between mustard and radish.

Ingredients: Watercress contains many healthy ingredients, such as vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, D and E, as well as the minerals iron, iodine, potassium, calcium and phosphorus. It also contains less protein and carbohydrates than other varieties. On the other hand, it contains a lot of carotene and, above all, a lot of essential mustard oil.

Use: Raw in salads, on bread, in juices, smoothies, herbal curds, for purification or as a garnish for your dishes.

Positive properties: Activating effect (e.g. in case of spring tiredness), natural antibiotic, promotes digestion and metabolism, purifies the blood.
