Red Amaranth

Amaranth is a pseudocereal and was already considered by the Incas and Aztecs as a sacred and life-prolonging staple food. With our red amaranth you can grow wonderful, bright red microgreens.

Flavour: The fresh green red amaranth has a mild, fine and slightly sweet taste.
