Red radish

Red radishes are the first harbingers of spring in this country. With microgreens you can enjoy their fresh and spicy taste all year round and you don’t have to wait for spring.

Flavour: The fresh green of the Red Radish, has a subtly spicy radish flavour.

Ingredients: Contains large amounts of protein, vitamin A, B1, B2, C, E and K. Compared to radish, green radish contains 4 times more magnesium, is rich in iron, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus and zinc. Vitamin C allows a better absorption of iron and calcium. The protein content is 30-35 %. In addition to vitamins and minerals, it also contains mustard oil.

Use: Raw in salads, on bread, in juices, smoothies, herb curd, sauces or as a garnish for your dishes.
